How do report someone after a match is over?

You gotta suck it up, Private, grow some thick skin. The world is overly feminized already. No space for safe space in competitive multiplayer games where you can mute anyone. It's already childish enough that they have an option to report emblems.

I think the only case when it's worth report someone (beside cheaters, obviously) is after elimination match for "unhonorable behavior" if they ran away and ganked up like a little rats.
