Gold Butterfly Ornament on Kensei?

Hey does anybody know how to get it? Found plenty of posts on reddit etc of people asking the same thing but these were all from 12+ days ago and they had no information.

For clarification I have beaten all the storys on Realistic and have all observeables/Breakables and didnt get it.

It also has no description on how to get it which you have probably seen. Does anybody have any theories etc? Would be interested in trying to work it out.

EDIT: Ok so after speaking to Ubisoft they have said it is actrually a known issue at the moment where that ornament is actually not unlockable at the moment. I asked the guy to put all the information they have into an email which hes done so I will add that to this post as well.

Seems very strange that they'd not have noticed and fixed a simple customisation option yet, but considering you can't get all the achievements until at least post-season 1... "cannot currently unlock" makes sense.
