Graphics Card Not Supported
Hello!

So I've played the For Honor Open Beta, and yesterday when I bought it, and there was no error associated with the game. I could play and enjoy it on the minimal settings configuration until today where the game gave me an error saying that I did not have a supported graphics card - which is true. But I've been able to play the game prior, and most other games at low settings, and it's still playable.

So my question is, is there a way for me to bypass that and play For Honor again? It feels like a downer that I can't enjoy the game even though it ran alright for me to enjoy the gameplay.

I currently run a Bootcamp on an Early Macbook Pro 2015 with these specs:
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-5257U CPU @ 2.70GHz
Installed Ram: 8.00 GB
System Type: Windows 10 64-bit OS
Graphics Card: Intel (R) Iris (TM) Graphics 6100 Version 20.19.15.4531

Lol...your first mistake was using an intel integrated. Your second mistake was using a mac.

Shhhhh, I manage to play games while using my Mac for school work and such. Don't have the space or funds for a real PC yet :C. (plus the Mac was a gift, so I didn't really spend money on it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Your third mistake was not selling said gift and buying a pc.
Then again Beta said -> that it doesnt represnt full game. also your card isnt supported the fact u could somehow play is werid. the patch probably added something. you probably going to lag in mutiplayer and ruin game to others. i hope u didnt bought the game . refund it .

Today's update added a check at game boot-up to make sure the graphics card was supported and actually capable of playing the game and drivers are up to date, looks like yours was unfortunately flagged as incapable or not up to date.

I'm afraid I'm not a particularly technically minded person, are there any drivers or updates available for the graphics chipset?

:/. I've played 8 hours already, there hasn't been any issue with the game play at all, it ran smoothly (except the watered down graphics, of course), but anyways, refund isn't a choice at this point as I've exceeded the amount of gameplay. And I can usally play most of the new games, just dumb down the graphics, textures, and display, and it's all fine. But thank you any ways o/.

Sorry if this isn't any help but is this an updated driver for your system? I don't know if it can be used with bootcamp or whathaveyou.

Ah ok, that's probably why. And I've checked for updates, and it doesn't seem to be. I believed it was the preemptive check that isn't allowing me to run the game :c. If that's the case, looks like I can only play it if I build a rig.

But yeah, if the new update was to check the requirements, that must of been why I could play during the past days.

I've tried this already, seems like the integrated graphics I have is a higher version for some odd reason, but thank you though! I still feel that the preemptive check was why I couldn't log on :P

Im having the same issue, plan to war with Ubisoft tech support until they fix the issue. Backup plan is accusing them of discriminating against the less monetarily inclined.
