NAT type unknown (yesterday it was yellow)

Help me please, ive played yesterday with a stable connection but today i cant find any matches. may nat type has a disconnected sign on it and it says unknown nat type. how can i fix this?

Annoying right? I have been having the same issues since I first played the game in Open Beta.....My NAT switches from OPEN to UNKNOWN over day or other day without obvious reason....You can try Port Forwarding (didn't help me at all). Nothing I did changed my NAT, it just changes whenever it feels like it. Currently have an open case with Ubisoft since the 11th trying to fix it :/
