How do I get better at this game?

Previous posts I have made I had salt foaming out of my mouth, but now I'm legitimately wondering how to get better at this game since I keep getting demolished over and over again the higher level I get.

do advanced training, train a bit against bots so you know the actionlist of the character, don't play with steam-controller

Just find your best class and practice is the best I can say pal. No piss taking either its a tough game to give advice on, every fight and person is different.

(A friend helps tremoundously with this process)
- Find your main
- Practice the combos on a lvl 0 Bot
- Practice your counter abilities on a lvl 1 Bot
- Practice your capabilities on an offline match or with your friend
- Memorize your abilities and understand your weaknesses, capitalize on the strengths while being cautious of the weaknesses.
- Now play online, every time you lose look at what they did and what you did (recording gameplay also helps with this), understand how you could've approached it better and remmeber to not do it again.
- Keep playing and practice
- Practice
- Practice
- PRACTICE!!!

That's how you do it in my eyes.

Oh and ignore the trolls literally surrounding me. All online games get the odd hacker, lucky for me iv had no issues in over 10 hrs play.
