Activation key location??
So i bought the game on steam, and it launches Uplay when i hit play, and then Uplay props a screen that ask me to enter my activation key. Where on earth is my key located, i haven't gotten an e-mail, i cant seem to find out where it is on steam. Any help here that could help me locate where my key is?

You probably have to link your steam account with your uplay account. Have you done that?

Will attempt to do that, i was on the account management page for Ubisoft and only saw the options to link PS4/xbox/Facebook, thanks for the suggestion!

Right click For Honor in the steam library, and you should find the key in there. I think it's under properties.. I think you can find it.

I'm on the same boat. It's not on properties, nor right clicking the game on the library, and I have already linked the steam account.

according to their help page, launching Uplay from steam should prompt a window that will ask if you want to link steam. i haven't gotten such a screen/window, it simply ask me to log in and after that opens the window asking for the activation key.

In the Uplay launcher, the Options rollout in the top left, settings, account linking. Try that?

Steam says to go visit the original sellers, i sent in a support ticket and tried to get on live chat with the ubisoft support, currently 136 in queue for live chat. been waiting for alittle over an hour and about a half now. if i don't get a much needed reply, i'll just have to put on my best pout face for steam and hope that they can help.

finally got to talk to ubisoft support, very nice guy person managed to help me out, several fixes were tried but none of them worked.

-making sure Uplay is linked to your steam account, Key/Activation codes don't exist, it should automatically activate when you launch your Uplay account if they're linked

-Deleted Ownership files in (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/Cashe it should attempt to redownload them when you log-in to Uplay next time.

-Make sure Uplay is completely closed before launching the program and it should automatically log into your account when you launch For Honor.

None of the fixes worked for me, but they might work for you. Unable to get Steam/Uplay to play nice with eachother, i just refunded it on steam and i'll likely buy it though Uplay so i don't have to bother with this whole problem.
