Any chance in hell of this running on a surface pro 4 i5 4gb ram?
I know, not ideal. I'm gaming on the go quite a bit, and recently been using my surface more on my trips. It's proven to be a hardy machine, running Overwatch, Rainbow 6 Siege, and Dead by Daylight at a playable framerate. All I'd like to know is, any chance of me having the same luck with For Honor?

The processor can probably tackle it and the RAM is likely fine, but honestly I just don't think the GPU is there to get you where you need to be. It's also going to get really hot.

Overwatch can run on almost any machine, but if you're able to play Siege For Honor might work- but I'm going to err on the side of caution and say that it probably isn't going to run very well.

Right. As long as it remains above 20 FPS, I'll tolerate it.

the GPU is at all cards 100%. it is heavily dependend on GPU power. u might burn ur notebook ^^ while having a really bad game experience. but nevertheless. one of my friends playing this with GTX 960 (which is pretty cheap) and it runs great on some low settings.

Game debate[www.game-debate.com] is a good site for seeing if certain hardware can run a game...

Update: I bought the game on my surface pro 4. Upon pressing play, the game opens a black window, and then proceeds to crash. I think this is because of the intel integrated chipset. I have yet to find a fix.

"intel integrated chipset" .... there is no fix. go play LOL or so ^^. sorry my friend

btw. you can buy an old PC with some intel i5 4th gen and a gtx 960 or so for like 300€. and this game will run great on lower settings and it still looks good.

Well, the discussion is pretty much over, but I just wanted to chime in and say that I think the game actually needs a lot of memory. I have 8gb and I managed to get the memory windows message and after that it slowed down and after that ctd'd:)
I had some background programs, but not much (2 chrome tabs, task manager, 2 folders, steam, uplay, mouse drivers).
This did happen after a while, but it still happened.

My windows 10 uses 2 GB and the game 1.4 gb. your problem was prolly chrome cause it sucks much RAM and does cause laggs since it has been released. it is a known issue.

4GB RAM could work but 8GB is 100% safe! also the game does suck around 1.8 - 2.6 Graphic RAM but still, you share this memory with you system memory anyway. so if you have only 2 GB on ur GPU its still fine.

Since no one mentionned it yet i will: The game auto kicks you out of matches if you drop below 30 fps

Well if your tablet doesn't have 2GB of VRAM its not going to work its
