How to change game Language?

I bought this game from Chinese region but the in-game language is Russian.....n I cant really find where to change the game Language to chinese. someone plz plz plz help.

Steam > Steamapps > common > for honor > user.pref (or somewhere else) > Find russian (ctr+F) > Replace with english.

So, has anyone found a way to add English text to RU/CN versions?
For now, we are stuck with English/Russian voice and Russian/Chinese text/menu.
Has anyone found a way to bypass that?

I have just found out that apart from language lock in-game there is also language-lock in the multiplayer, meaning you can only get matched with players who has the same language as you (Russian/Chinese), that means very long queue times on unpopular modes. This is unacceptable, I'm going to ask for a refund.

I think it searches outside our china/russian region when a game can't be found. But I'm not sure

No it doesn't. You wait for 10 minutes and then it gives you matchmaking error. But it stays in "Language: Your language" all the time.

what are some other places it could be found? (user.pref)

When you buy region locked Ubisoft games or use VPN to play earlier, you are stuck with that version forever. You can't change the langauge. You could have asked for refund if you bought it on steam however...

no dude 1st thing in the page they say the game supports english / whatever region language youre stuck with , and they took the English off and stuck you with the other languages, what a TROLL move well played UBI well played
