awesome. dont have the best download speed so didnt want to spend the first 2 hours of the open beta downloading.

Just to reply to myself because many probably had the same question in mind: yes if we kept the files from last closed beta, we'll only need to download a small patch for open beta. No need to download everything again. YEAHHH :D party time! See you all feb 9th at 9am EST in the battlefield :D

Pre-load starts tomorrow the 6th!

But Ubisoft confirmed you are going to need a fresh install for the release. Open Beta wont patch to the release version.

Ya sadly.. but at same time, I bought it on Steam and I played beta on Uplay.. so I need to reinstall anyway.. too bad. Would have sucked to be forced to redownload both game and open beta.
