is single player campaign worth it?
so a local store is offering a discount on for honor and it costs 33$ currently which seems a deal for me, im planing to ignore multiplayer as i know servers are bad and its p2p and i understand that this mostly is the reason of negative reviews

so im buying it for the single player, so how good/bad is the story? is the missions and scenario any fun? i know its short (6-8 hours) and thats fine as long as its nice and fun

u know knights, samurai and viking is just irresistable to watch and play with, i mean how can a single player story or campagin having those 3 would be bad it seems unbelievable to me XD

please advice :)

Campaign is only a long tutorial, definitely not worth.

the storyline is boring and its just hacking and slashing repetitive enemies

hmm . . . i just watched some youtube campaign walkthough and yeah it seems true its boring and repetitive

saying that, can you recommend me a nice sword based action game with a nice single player story? i want it a bit realistic unlike dmc for ex (played and loved all dmc titles btw) and other than assassins creed as i already played them all

there are quite alot of medieval games coming out with swordplay,id wait for mount and blade bannerlord, kingdom come deliverance and mordhau although one of my favourites has to be the witcher 3

Campaign is pretty easy and fast but i love the multiplayer so i know you don't want it becasue of connection issues but honestly i rarely get them and its a ton of fun.

In terms of value its kindof similar to Superhot, that its an innovative, fun experience, but pretty short. Also you only play as about half of the possible characters in the campaign, but you can do the multiplayer modes vs bots if you're interested in non-story singleplayer too.
$33 is probably a bit much though, I'd hold off for now.

I mean only reason i played it was to learn about apollien and this a multiplayer game designed for multiplayer! the p2p isnt as bad as everyone says i mean yeah if the randomly chosen host out of the players in the match has a ♥♥♥♥ pc then everyone gonna have a bad time......do know this is a fighting game and this game would be absolute trash if it didnt have p2p

i recommend "ryse son of rome" i love it. i play it every year once or twice. you can get it for under 10 bucks.

grafik 10/10
sound 10/10
syncro 10/10 (engl / german is just at best for a game)
story 7/10
cutscenes 10/10
lvl design 7/10
fighting 5/10 (but enjoyable)
playtime 10/10 (its personal. some like to play 100 hours i like short single player games)
performance 10/10 (playable on highest with r9 270x (maybe one generation lower)
bugs/stability 9/10 (i have very little issues with this game)

also:
"rise of the argonauts" (old game but very nice, but i warn you : lot i dialog. you fight too but its actually a very dialog heavy game)

"mount and blade"
