Remove Kensei from the game please

At the moment the only reason to keep Kensei in the game is to use it as a joke

And not even that if we're talking about good players with top tier heroes. A kensei can use all the unlock tech or GB feints he wants against a warlord, the warlord can just choose to turtle up and spam headbutt/GB mix-ups + fullblock stance to take his HP down little by little without putting himself at risk at all.

Exactly. I'm all about balancing this game, but I'm not going to handicap myself by playing a useless hero. Exploits can get you so far in a fight.

The simple fact is the lower tier have no chance in competitive play. I haven't played many tournaments, but a low tier Hero is far from a challenge. It sounds big headed but they genuinely have nothing to open up a top tier. It's sad but it's th truth. Oh look a Berzerker, how could I possibly outplay him? Oh yeah, just stop parrying. Boom! Berzerker is useless. It's sad, but it's the truth.

I saw a good Kensei once, he took advantage of his well timed dodging and attacking enemies after they missed. Haven't seen someone like him since.

Kensei is one of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Heros of the Game, my Main is Kensei i have 2D 16H 45M playtime in it. He actually really sucks, when you Compare him to the new OP Lawbringer or Warlord... you have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NO CHANCE. His top heavy can be easly dodged out and with this Defensive meta hes even more weak. Pls make him Good add some new Combos or really Remove him from the Game, when the Shinobi gets out im Maining him. Kensei is useless, when someone is out of stamina you can make actually no pressure... you only can spam guardbreak or light attacks and hope something hits, Wich never happens (only your'e stupid)

k, too bad Kensei is the worst hero right now, once you drain someone's stamina you can't do ♥♥♥♥, others can put pressure on you when out of stamina, as Kensei you can try to spam top light and grab without success (unless you're against a complete idiot)... his only unblockable is slow as ♥♥♥♥, can be easily interrupted by... well by anything actually, light attack, backstep, roll, side dodge... "lel but you can cancel you noob!" into what? your 3 main cancels are predictable as ♥♥♥♥ and if you hard cancel it you're back at the beginning... the only decent attack is the top light, too bad people who are not retarded will keep their guard top most of the time and even when they don't it's still easily blockable... put 2 people of the same skill level against each other, one with Kensei and one with anyone else, even raider or shugoki, and the Kensei will lose, he has no tools except top light and it's still a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tool.
inb4 "he can feint well" maybe you forgot to press E on other characters, but they can feint too, and what do you do after feint as Kensei? 2 heavy feints and you either hit with a light and wait for your full stamina bar to replenish or you get blocked/parried.
Ubisoft, end this sad excuse for a viable character, take it out of the game so I can go back to Warden and steamroll lower tier characters again.

Complety agree. The kensei has even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow Zone attack. i really wish to chance something with the Kensei hes so ♥♥♥♥. i think hes some of the weakest heros ingame.

You are hilarious. Lawbringer is focused on turtling, but even then
A. He has no shield.
B. He has slow guard switch.
C. He can't use guardbreak on block punishes vs certain moves because he would shove instead.
The light after shove can be dodged(and punished) on reaction, he has good parries though.

If you want to compare him to Shugoki, he doesn't have the hyper armor stance and he can't use his unblockables on demand.

It is a lot easier to get a hit in on a turtle(in general) while playing Kensei compared to playing Lawbringer.

pretty much, kensei relies entirely on either one of 2 things:

1- basic things any hero can do(ex: feints and parries)

2- enemies making VERY silly mistakes(ex: trying to instantly parry the top unblockable)

the kensei's "mix up" is very weak due to the attack being very slow and easy to react to anything done from it, u can easily stay still untill the kensei cant soft cancel/feint the top unblockable to dodge it, or block/parry any light attack they do from it, or safely block if they cancel it into another heavy

not only that but even tho he has an unblockable, its so easy to parry that u simply cant punish people who waste their stamina into exhaustion

@anyone saying kensei isnt bad: to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fair, i think raider, who doesnt even get a safe heavy/ZA after GB'ing some enemies, is better than kensei
