Orochi zone is the easiest to block. What really need a fix is wardens zone

You get a free GB if you block it and PKs zone is near instantaneous
Wardens zone is probably one of the more balanced

sure you can block it, but the indicator is misleading, the speed isnt the problem
it first shows that an attack is coming from above but then changes to right

So, just make sure you aren't playing a hero with a guard change speed penalty and you should be fine. If you are playing as one of the the heroes with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guard change speeds...well...sucks to be you.

wow great advice, instead of balancing a hero and fixing a broken attack people are the ones that should change their preference in heroes

in the meantime until it gets fixed, start paying attention to orochis movement instead his indicators, the Zone is really distinct as he starts turning, train yourself looking for it and try to musclememory in switching to the rightguard, when you got that down start trying to parry it, its not that hard anymore suddenly.you only have to watch 2 sides in general on Orochi so its doable, always topstance and be ready to switch to the right. If you play an assasin character or valk you could also always dodge to the right as soon as you see the topindicator flicker, if he top lights you dodge it, if he zones you get the deflect. But he is gonna catch on and feint gb you, but there is generally no recepy for every situation, dodge attack beats gb though

Shh, no such thing as balancing, sooner you learn that the sooner you can switch to a different hero.

Is there the intention to fix the flicker glitch? Yes.

Is there a plan? No evidence yet.

For the sake of everyone I honestly hope you never get to be even near a developer

How is it broken? i'm an Orochi main and i see nothing wrong with it....most players block my zone attack, i only get chances to make it work only if i faint a heavy attack and turn it into a zone attack, other than that it's REALLY easy to counter it.

It doesn't show the correct direction where the attack is coming from, it's a 50/50 if the attack is actually going to come from above or will it switch to right at the last second

When the attack is activated to the opponent it indicates an attack from above, but a second later the indicator switches to the right, it's a guessing game

Without flicker on Zone, Orochi has nothing to open up anyone that plays defensively. At the same time, this bug shouldn't be the reason that Orochi is viable.
