why do some attacks like go through block

i mean this has been around since release but every game a few attacks go through either my block or the enemys block you hear the block sound and all yet you still hit them why isnt this fixed yet?

Its called chip damage. If its not chip than its probably lag or just unblocking really quick by mistake.

Or when your enemy tries to parry a attack to early/late.

failed parry or lag its a mix of two really, in oppenent screen he failed the parry in you screen he looks like the attack was blocked and goes throught it.
