Valkery Shoulder Pin?

So, the move set say there is a "poison" move called Shoulder Pin
it have a symbol of a shield with some arrows making a cycle movement.... i dont know what that mean.
The game doesnt have the note of what does that mean
and finally, I check on the online wiki. and it say this is how you do the move

...
that doesnt tell me much.

its a deflect of sorts, valk gets superior block when dodging

dodge into the direction of an attack like an assassin would to get a deflect, once peple bounce off due to superior block do a heavy and u do a Shoulder Pin

however, i think if u do get the dodge block u get a free GB on most enemies(like kensei)

soooooooooo its a ♥♥♥♥ move, they need to increase the ammount of bleed it inflicts
