60 FPS cap? (bug?) (resolved)
EDIT:

Menu FPS can be changed in the Options.ini file.\
Entry name "MenuFPSLock".
Valid values are [0.0 => disabled, 30.0, 60.0].

Ok, i have a new issue after the last patch that seems to force For Honor to lock at 60 FPS.

Before i was getting well over 100 with the same settings.
Things i've tried; double checking in game settings, double checking win 10 game bar is turned off, reinstalling GPU drivers, rolling back drivers, reinstalling game, reinstalling uplay/steam, adjusting core driver settings with Nvidia Inspector, playing in window, borderless, and fullscreen.

I'm at a complete loss as to why this changed -.- Anyone able to help out?

Specs;
i5-4690 @4.8GHz, 16 GB ram @ 2400 MHz, nvidia gtx 980ti @1475MHz
Game installed to SSD

That's where i wanna fix it, menus were uncapped before. I want my 144 fps dammit.

Menus are CAPPED to 60 fps. Check the patch notes. Why in the world do you want 144 FPS in the menus? There is absolutely ZERO difference between 144 and 60 FPS in the menus. There are no fast moving objects on the screen.

So it's not a bug. It is intended. No point grinding the GPU where there is not much to show
I didn't read the aptch notes, but the fix was in there, thank you for pointing me in the right direction+^_^+

I'm glad that it worked out for you. It's still a mistery for me why would you want 144 FPS in the menu, but if you would like to customise it to your liking, why not?
glad to find this fix, it was annoying that the menu fps cap applied to execution demos

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
