It's possible to Upgrade to "Deluxe" edition ?

I have the base game + season pass, and i'm wondering if its possible to upgrade to "Deluxe" Edition (To be honest, i just want the ornaments, more specificly Kensei's Head crest)
I know that on PS4 you can "upgrade" to "Deluxe" Edition, but here on steam i did not find this option.

Go to the Store and search For Honor where you bought it. It has the deluxe pack. I think if you add it to your cart and it detects you have the original game, it'll deduct the price. I'm just guessing
