Wildlife Park 2 VS Wildlife Park 3: What's the difference?

I'm thinking of getting Wildlife Park 3 while it's on sale. What are some of the differences between it and Wildlife Park 2?

I think by now both games have about the same amount of animals, so they're pretty much equal there, although there's that ancient modpack for WP2, but nothing like it for WP3.

WP3 has way better graphics and more variety among each animal species, but has a rather strict approach to what you can and cannot buy at any given time. WP2, in contrast, allows you to choose freely on how to spend your money.

The pros: 3 has a grid to build on, no houses where keepers, etc, have to live, better graphics, animals act much better and will use their whole enclosure, and best to me, many, many more buildings to work with. Not just a hamburger stand and beverage stand. That part of the game turns busywork into something you can be creative with and not just a chore. Theme parks, etc can be built. The cons: UI is pretty bad, less shelter and fence options (imo), 3 could use a few more trees and fauna but the ones they have look great. Overall 3 is much better once you get used to it.
