patch download issue

i got the patch from the official website along with a patch for Leanna's slice of life and started downloading both but the issue is the patch for Leanna's slice of life downloaded normal but the patch for this game starts then the number gets to 7.8 MB or GB speed then it stops, slowly decreases to around 178 KB then stops. it then takes around 5-10 minutes to say internet problem and then lets me press the pause button to restart it only to repeat. i tried to continually press it when it stoped only for it to reset. it doesn't do this with other downloads but this patch.
