If you've already downloaded it from Kagura's site, you want to place the zip folder somewhere and then run the latest exe in it which I think is 104. If the game is installed in Steam the app will be able to find the right location to install into on its own. You may get a "Windows has protected you" kind of message. If you do, there should be a link on that message that says 'more information' or something like that and if you click it, it gives you the ability to run the file anyway.
