Controls?
I can't find a manual or any description of controls anywhere for this game. Supposedly there is a way to disarm someone, also some sort of power up by electrocuting yourself? And it has a move list but I don't see it actually working at all. Is there anything to help with this horrible game?

HOW TO DISARM ENEMIES OMG WHAT A STUPID GAME
From what I can gather the Power up basically makes you immune to damage for a little a bit of time, though you are still susceptible to being hit and interrupted. I'll need to experiment how to use it but on PC the Disarm button is a I believe Shift (I could be wrong) and LB on an Xbox controller. How to pull it off exactly, like I said I'll need to experiment.
As for the combos they do work, but there is a massive flaw to the game. Clearly its ripping off the Arkham combat, no real fault there plenty of games did and still do that, however what it doesn't tell you is that it requires timing. You need to time your presses for after you've landed a blow with the previous button to then follow up and attack again, its way easier in practice then it sounds here. Different combos have different effects from stunning foes to immobilizing them for a moment but ultimately its pointless just hit what you want till the kill move appears and finish them that way.
Knowing all this won't really salvage this game, its bad...like really bad. The gameplay never evolves past what you see in level 1, the voice acting is so god awful, and the animations definitely scream "on a budget".

EDIT: So I did some experimentation and figured out to disarm opponents. I was correct the way to do so is using Shift and LB. However what it doesn't tell you is you need a combo built up to do so. Much like how in the Arkham games, Batman can preform takedowns or other special abilities when getting his combo up, Kick-Ass also requires at lest 5 or 6 combo (you'll notice his hands start to sort of glow, then you can disarm an opponent. Though ultimately I don't see the point. Sure you can't counter an opponent with a weapon but he just jumps back avoiding the damage so removing the weapon does very little.
