How to get milk as F2P? (Dairy milk, not BPF)

Title says it all.

Trying to get milk so I can make Two Crown's trade packs and go sell them.

But I've hit a road block as its 3 gold on the auction house for 20 milk, otherwise 15 silver a piece and that seems to completely defeat the purpose of making the trade pack itself.


(I do not have it on steam, yet. I may do that later this week)

Where are you going to from Two Crowns? Depending on what it is you're probably better off going from Gwenoid Forest to Two Crowns, or Halcy to Gwenoid during peace time. Milk isn't easy to grow as a free player unless you have a friend helping out.

I need to make some gold and get Patron status, but that just seems impossible. :(

I may try to do a lot of Solzreed packages with guild-mates.

I may just have them get the meat and I can get grapes easily.

Having your guildmates will really speed up the process if they can carry some packs for you. Can't really suggest what to focus on first, but I decided to not worry about patron and worked on getting a farm cart (since thunderstruck logs were 200g at the time). Been using the cart to deliver from gewnoid to two crowns and halcy to gwenoid when it's in peace since I can make three pack deliveries instead of just one.

So say trade pack turn-ins were 8.2 (8g 2s), in the span of an hour that's probably four or five trade packs if you moved 'em all yourself so looking at 32.8 or 41g (at 340 to 440 labor) once your mail comes in. With a farm cart, that's three packs in one trip so the output would come to 98.4 or 123g (at 1140 to 1440 labor). But again that's if you do it all yourself - having your guild will no doubt increase profit a lot more.

Yeah, just brought up the cart thing since you mentioned something about working towards getting apex first. Either way the end result willl be the same after putting some work in it.

Didn't know there was TWO different kinds of farm vehicles. I'm gonna have to save a lot of gold now for a cart, but I need to get a thunder log thingy.
