Have paid $200 and I cannot access the alpha

I recently purchased the $150 Founders pack through Steam as it offered Alpha access. I loved the closed beta so I decided to purchase the highest pack to support the game and continue playing.

A few days ago, I purchased the $50 silver founders pack. That's how I participated in the beta. Now I have purchased the $150 pack to upgrade...all through Steam.

I am a little distress however as I cannot play. When I switch over to Alpha in the top right tab and click Update The Glyph screens says "You don't have the right entitlements to play this game(error 2028)". Don't have the right entitlements? I better after paying this much money.

I checked my Glyph account and it has registered my Silver purchase but not my Archeum Founders Purchase. So basically, Steam registers that I have paid $150 but Glyph does not. This is extremely frustrating. I hope this is resolved quickly! Really I do.

Tried that. When I enter the key it just said 'Cannot complete purchase'. It's a problem with Steam communicating with Glyph...really unprofessional.

In order to fix this, try making a new account so the archeum founders pack will register. If that doesn't work then people need to spam threads saying "TRION FIX THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STEAM UPGRADE!" because EVERYONE has been having this problem.

I also wonder if you've actually taken the time (after registering your key on Trion's website, most likely with a new account) to click the drop-down choice on the Trion launcher and choose Alpha server instead of "north-america beta".

Welcome to the shady launch tactics and the no support that TRION offers you. Best thing to do is call them and get your money back.

Damn dude, i hate to tell you this; but you just wasted 50$. If you log into your TRION account on their website after buying the 50$ pack, there is a option under game management to "upgrade to archeum pack" for 100$ (thats the 150$ pack).

Also, yeah i also got the same error you did for my silver founders pack when i tried to play beta (i didnt get to try beta at all :(. ). I want to try out beta before upgrading to the 150$ pack but i guess ill have to wait until next closed beta starts again and hopefully the error is fixed.

Ive heard its just with steam keys taking a while to actually register and realize that you got the game (even though you put it in on your trion account). I dunno, its stupid though (same thing happened with me for the game nether, it took a day to give me access on the launcher). A bunch of people are having this stupid error, and i hope it gets fixed soon.

This to me feels like heavy pay to win you scheme get +3. I've never played the game, but seeing stuff like this really turns me off. Sorry about your problem with the game not working for you.

Don't buy into these pre releases. The games been done for hella long-- It was released in Korea and the Koreans have been playing it for over a year or two. They said the game is nothing special.. And now that Trion is publishing it in the US its just a nightmare waiting to happen. My heart goes out to gamers spending what limited money the have on a game like this published and run by a company like trion... :((((((
