archeage downloading twice
can someone please help me. I downloaded the game on steam and it was about 13 gb then i opened the game and the glyph launcher is downloading the same size about 13gb again

I can´t even download it till the end, it keps telling me that it can´t install the updates..:steamsad:

It's happening to me as well right now but I think the second downlaod is the "Maelstrom" update.
Anyway on my computer it's another half hour. So I'm responding to you and reading misc comments. Game should be playable soon.

Hello,
Did you tchek the link of the game in the glyph launcher's option ?
Parameter→Archeage LIVE
Be sure you have the right file from steam in it.

Good Ol Steam I got like 90-120minutes into this game...all downloading the game/patches

Zero in game minutes! :(

I think, thankfully my *other* PC Time Statistics doesnt count this as *actual gameplay* So when I go and track my gametime tomorrow i wont see this hahaha

Glyph's settings for game location is set to a subdirectory under the Archeage directory that steam created. Ie. Archeage\Games\Archeage\Live. You have to change that to the same location as the steam location ie. \common\Archeage. Then restart the glyph update and you still get another 13GB download ;P
