PC game? ... cant play without gamepad
I dont own a gamepad so i guess ill never own this game either.

Shame. It really good to play Cricket and please buy gamepad.

Cricket game is so rare.

i dont think this game could be played without a gamepad
left analog stick for footwork, right stick for shot direction.
would be quite difficult

It really would work, I'll direct you to Ashes Cricket 2009 (and Brian Lara Cricket 2007) as an example of how you can make keyboard controls work in a cricket game. So yeah, there is no good reason other than laziness not to have it.

This game is nothing like Ashes Cricket 2009 - it's an analogue batting and bowling system that requires sticks, nothing to do with laziness.

Yeah. Totally different controls for hitting. Unless you want to hit WSAD for feet, Arrows for batting direction (there are more than 8) and then other buttons for aggressive/defensive/charge shots.
You have to push towards the direction of the ball and if you're off by a little bit then you'll nick it and be out or something. Wouldn't work.

It requires 360 degrees on both sticks, this cannot be emulated on a keyboard/mouse combo.

This game is well worth buying a control pad for! Trust me it's all i've played on 360 since i got it on day 1.
