Build order - fastest way to Tech 3
Thought I'd share - this is the cheapest/minimum requirements to get to Tech 3, without building any other units. I've found I typically can't get even to Tech 2 without building a few defensive structures though to survive when playing against the AI on hard.

This does not take into account additional ore that could possibly be mined from spec mines (if any) for Tech 3.

Count Unit
7 Wind Turbine
1 Storage
1 Infantry Training Center
-> Tech 2
4 Reactor
4 Storage
1 Radar Tower
-> Tech 3

An option to test, does accelerating the build of any portion of these decrease the time?

Also don't forget the initial ore deposits, that helps a lot!

Also, remember the campaign file script and schema (unit) scripts are easily moddable :)
