Chaos Faction 2 - Vortigon's achievements are not unlocked Glitch

How do I unlock Vortigon again in Chaos Faction 2? The rest of the accomplishment characters are pre-unlocked even when the save data is reset, while Vortigon remains hold locked. It is available after completing one more achievement, but since 20 achievements have already been completed, it cannot be unlocked at all. I love this game Chaos Faction, I've been playing it since I was a kid, I love all the characters, and if Jori sees this, please fix this glitch, I would really appreciate it.

Yes, I have obtained all the characters except Vortigon, and there are absolutely no issues with the gameplay system. And I have uploaded the pictures.
