Is the game still alive?

I have made many attempts to log in the game but soon after the first few pages, the game seems to be frozen on the "Play Online" and "Play Offline" page. When I clicked the Play Offline option, it doesn't move or work. When I clicked the Play Online option and then the Public, the game froze and no search of the public games. When I clicked the Play Offline Private game, the game froze after inputting the name of the game. Does anyone have the same problem or just me?

Today I played online matches for achievement, so everything works fine

Thinking of buying. But I've seen a number of people stating the game won't work for them anymore and others who state it's working fine.

From this I cannot fathom whether I'm wasting time and money on buying it. I play offline against AI only opponents only.

So, is the game really still working properly...or not?
