Game Not Launching

Is anyone else having issues with the game not launching?? I have been unable to get The Hole to launch. I even purchased and played their previous game It's Just A Prank, and that worked fine!

I cannot get their Old Man's Liver game to launch either. I am not sure if it's my computer, or something in the game I can adjust to get it to run!

Any advice on how to get it to run would be much appreciated! :)

Mine is not launching either... I am not sure why. I've tried every method to get it to work. So weird. It just stays on the grey screen.

Same, the game just crashes or freezes without the ability to save progress (i'm stuck on "watch tv" task, only way to continue - restart and try again, hoping that it'll work okay this time)

The game may crash due to video card or RAM load. This is especially critical with Intel Graphics video chips.

1. I advise you to check RAM load and video chip temperature when you start the game.
2. In case of RAM problems, you should close all inactive browser tabs and programs.
3. If the video card is very hot, you should clean the computer and possibly replace the thermal paste.
4. If this does not help, can you share your specs or computer model?

Now we are trying to find a solution on the optimization side and will try to prepare a patch that will ease the load in the game.

Hello!

I have the following:
Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14IRU8
Windows 11.
i5 processor
8GB or RAM
64 bit operating system

I have cleaned the computer and ensured all debris is free from around the hardware. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game. I have updated the OS and all graphics cards and devices associated with that as well.

Thank you SO much for taking the time to assist -- I greatly appreciate it!

I really would hate to have to ask for a refund on the game because I cannot play it. I am a HUGE fan of Bober Bros and would adore to continue supporting and playing their games as long as I can!

Today released an update on the game.

The fix is aimed at solving rendering problems, in particular on weak video cards, a lot of the problem was in the shadows, so:

- added a mode to disable shadows, if you have freesit or game crashes, I recommend trying to disable shadows in the game.
- Also added potato mode. The mode is aimed at emergency optimization, gives less gain than disabling shadows, but creates even more ps1 like graphics.

I have that issue too except it crashes right after the game starts and the carpet shows up.

Also having issue on launch. The thing is I can't even get to a main menu/starting screen. Just a blank gray screen with sound. So I can't change the settings. I hope this can be fixed. I might try on another computer. Either way I don't intend to refund as it's a new release and I'm hoping it can be fixed, but I'm sad I can't play right now. :(

I'm also having this issue. I get the 'Made with unity' screen then nothing, I can hear the menu music but nothing loads. Does anyone know how to launch the game with shadows disabled?

still not working, unless there is a way to enable potato mode OUTSIDE the game i dont think i can play.
