Failed to Initialize NVidia PhysX

get this small window pop up when trying to start game, the game ran smoothly yesterday with 0 hiccups and 0 lag or FPS issues.

1. Are your drivers up to date? ie AMD or Nvidia?

2. Have you tried this?

navigate to your c drive, program files (x86), steam, steamapps and then the common folder. locate Faery - Legends of Avalon folder and open it. Find: _CommonRedist folder and locate PhysX 9.13.1220, open it. Run: PhysX installer and select repair. Now reboot.

This got the pop up to go away, and the Focus Home Interactive screen to stay, but then it crashes again telling me twice the program has stopped working. It's been a while since I opened this game and am a bit disheartened because I enjoyed it :/

I installed this: nVidia PhysX v9.13.0604 System Software Legacy Driver[www.nvidia.com]

OS: Windows 10 (x64)

deinstallieren der alten physiks treiber und neu installiern aus dem spiele ordener(wie oben erwähnt) funktionierte für mich

I installed this one and now my driver is so fked up.....what can I do?

yea it works for 1 second after you launch the game and then it says "An error has occurred : Failed to initialize NVidia Physx"

Anyone got this figured out WIN10 Aniversary distroyed a lot of old games.
Everything above is NOT working
