Is this a strike?
Why are they standing near the base and not sailing out to fish? They haven't worked for over a week. They're no use, of course, but still, what's going on?

I had this happen and had to restart the game to fix it.

As you can see from the screenshots, I managed to gain a whole level. From 13 to 14. Do you really think that I didn't turn off the game all this time? :)

tbf back when I played the game ran for 60 days straight (other than shut downs to fix problems)

Also hard to remember, feel like there was a way to turn them off...hmm maybe make a save back up and try to verify files/re-install
