Best way to farm Artifacts?

Besides Fishing, Has anyone else found a way to reliably farm decent artifacts? Does the Cheese helmet help with fishing for Artifacts? Since there is no wiki with decently reliable information, I was wondering if anyone else would elaborate.

From what i've seen it's really the only way to get them frequently, fishing that is. Otherwise its just kind of luck, doing floors that you haven't already done

Increased Chance of Magical Item buffs do not affect fishing. Fishing is the best way to find artifacts. In the case that you go dungeon hunting, I believe the Chamber of Trials has a higher chance of artifacts spawning, but this is just from my experience.
