Change Resolution - No Text fits on screen

The menus are all off, the dialogue ni game is ut off, I can't play in 1080, the game runs poorly.
so what's the fix

doesn't matter if it's in fulllscreen, or windowed mode.
Unless i hae it in 1080p., this happens.
It's evenb worse in game when he's telling you what to do ( like with the beer)

Did you try to go in the options and change the resolution?

Try with the max size or decrease it to fit your screen

i have tried every possible resolution option. it only fits when im in 1080p. my pc's native resolution.
But when im in 1080 p the game runs at 24 fps./
