I see you are using Windows 11 24H2 version. You may have noticed in this forum or other online sources, this version of Windows OS has been causing issues with several games and other software.
We are happy to advise you some basic troubleshooting steps, however, keep in mind you may keep experiencing issues until a permanent fix is released.
- Start with disabling the Auto HDR feature in Windows 11 (Use the shortcut Win+Alt+B)
- Disable the Windows 11 Game Mode.
- Disable ALL 3rd party, unnecessary applications running in the background, especially 3rd party overlays like GeForce Experience, Overwolf and Discord but also if you are running a VPN client (even if not connected), close it and kill its process.
Disabling background applications on PC[www.ubisoft.com]
- Re-install Visual C++ 2022 redistributable x86 and x64
- Re-install DirectX libraries
Make sure you update not only your graphics card drivers but also check for ALL available updates to your motherboard on the manufacturer's website.
thanks for getting back to us.
Personally, I don't think this software should have any impact on the performance.
Have you followed all of the steps that my colleague above shared?
Have you had any luck with the game?
Are you still getting these issues and errors?
no problem at all, this thread will remain open so you can always come back here in case you run into any issues again.
