Do you by any chance have an earlier save file that you could load and attempt to push the shelf again?

If you don't, could you send us a short video showing the issue in full?

Also please ensure that your latest save files are uploaded to the cloud.

I’m having the same issue. The game doesn’t give me the option to move the stack next to the hole anymore. The white dot shows but I’m unable to grab it.

Hi Arnoster! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with moving one of the stacks in AC Mirage. Does this issue persist even if you close the game and re-launch it, or if you load a previous save? If so, please try verifying your game files[ubi.li] to check if any corrupt or missing files are the cause.

If you're still unable to move the stack, could you please provide a video showcasing the issue so we can look into this? You can upload it to a streaming platform like YouTube or Vimeo and share the link here. Thank you!

Thanks for replying. I've closed and re-launched the game, that didn't fix the issue.
I verified the game files and that also did not help.

Unfortunately, when I first noticed the issue, I didn't think much of it and did not reload an older save immediately. I had hoped the stacks would reset position after I left the area and let some time pass. This did not happen. But by the time I went back to check if it had reset I had overwritten my manual save and the autosaves were also overwritten.

As you can see in the video, no interaction is possible with the first stack I approached. The second stack works normally.

I was able to get it working. The area in-game is dark and I just missed a passageway where I was supposed to go, to complete the puzzle. Oops...
