To confirm did you purchase the content from the Steam store or the Ubisoft Connect store?
To confirm you have purchased the Steam version of the game and you have installed that version and not the Ubisoft Connect version?
If you have the Steam version of Assassin's Creed Mirage and none of the purchased Steam DLC packs unlocked in the game for you, please verify the game files - perhaps they have not been installed.
If you meet requirements to access these DLC packs (progress, specific location etc) and they are still missing, please submit a support case to our colleagues who will be able to verify your inventory and transactions history.
