So now I have 3 workarounds that work:
1. Overclocking the GPU
2. Limiting the framerate to 60 fps
3. Restarting the game
But all of these are less than ideal for a good gameplay experience. So please, Ubisoft and Nvidia, do something. It's definitely a some kind of bug. Either in the drivers, or in the game itself.
I just wanted to re-post someone else's message claiming that they had no issues with Nvidia drivers version 556.12.
This is a version from June 2024, so a few months old, however, if you do not need the latest version for any specific titles, try these.
Remember to uninstall the current drivers first, possible with the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software.
Any news or update from Nvidia? Have you been in touch with them to search for a fix? Running 6 month old drivers is not ideal considering newer drivers have enhancements for newer games.
is there any update on this? i've tried every fix talked about here and on reddit, and nothing has helped. my ground textures glitch no matter what i do. mirage runs fine though. i'm on a 3070.
I don't have any updates regarding this issue.
@elyse, can you share a video of how it looks on your PC?
I would still advise using older drivers, if these are issue free.
Also, make sure you raise this issue on a Nvidia forum as well.
It may be worth checking the Studio version of drivers. Perhaps an older version as well.
I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing an issue with textures flickering in Assassin's Creed Mirage.
I have merged your post with this existing thread. Please check the posts above.

Can you tell us what are the in-game display and graphics settings, please?
Specifically V sync, plus your global settings in Nvidia control panel.
Have you changed the default configuration in Nvidia panel in anyway?
Are you using Driver Version: 566.14?
Let's hope it has been resolved.
Can anyone else test the latest Nvidia drivers, too?
Are you using uncapped FPS or it it limited to 60FPS?
