This fixed it for me aswell!!!
Again, sorry to hear it you still experience this issue, even on the latest Nvidia drivers.
I understand 60 FPS is not the ideal way of playing PC games from everyone, but can you all test it and see if this is indeed a workaround for the flickering textures?
Can anyone recall when it started happening?
that doesn't work for me
I see there is a number of different settings and workarounds that work for some of you and don't for others.
For now, if you know which version of Nvidia drivers worked correctly with Assassin's Creed Mirage, I would advise you to roll back to them.
Please remember to always use Clean install when installing Nvidia drivers. It is available in the advanced installation option, or use a driver uninstaller software.

thx..
Looks like you are both on the latest version of Nvidia drivers.
Perhaps these cause issues.
If you don't need to latest version for any specific reason or title, please try something older.
I would try a couple of versions from a few months back.
Oddly, the only thing that is fixing it for me so far is to overclock my gpu so much that the fans start to thermal throttle. This for some reason removes the texture issue completely. But it's not really ideal to fry my GPU just to play this game normally. I hope Ubi or Nvidia does something to this problem.
I have an RTX 2070 Super paired with Ryzen 7 3700x, so my pc should be able to run this game just fine.
