Sorry to hear it you are having issues with Assassin's Creed Mirage resolution on your PC.
It will be difficult to advise you anything and look into it, if you don't tell us what resolution it is. I assume, you mean ultrawide.
What resolutions do you get in the game video settings to choose from?
Can you share a screenshot or a short video, please?
here is a link to my screenshot. Im unable to select any of the options and can not change anything. I tried in border less and window mode but same thing.
Thank you for your update and the image.
Would it be possible to share with us what you have your monitor natively set to? In addition would it be possible to launch the game with admin rights https://ubi.li/9Puyw to ensure the game has the permissions needed to change resolution?
Any trouble, just let us know
I can see now that your 4k 16:9 screen is for some reason recognised incorrectly.
Is the resolution selection locked?
Have you made any changes in the Nvidia control panel? Perhaps set a custom, fixed resolution? Try resetting is to default.
How does the Windows Display option look like? Is the scaling set to 100%?
The game configuration file should be located here:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Assassin's Creed Mirage\
Delete it and launch the game again.
Do you use any external software for display management?
BTW: I moved this thread to the Player Support section.
Alt enter doesn't work.
Drivers are up to date.
Does someone know how to fix this problem?
My monitor is 3840x2160
The game launches and is stuck at 720x480. Resolution selection is greyed out, My screen looks identical to the one shared above.
Tried all solutions shared here (deleting config file, setting scaling to 100% in Windows display settings, running as administrator,) as well as some other things. Nothing will allow me to change the resolution. Issue is not present with any other games or applications.
My 4k 16:9 monitor is recognised incorrectly as well.
MIKE, it looks like you have the same monitor as me, Predator XB273k GP.
Nothiing I have tried worked so far...
Thank you for your question.
What do you mean "custom resolution"? Is 3840x2160 your screen's native resolution or do you override it and set a non-native resolution and aspect ratio?
Can you share your screen's brand and model, please?
I see more players experience this resolution issue.
So far, we have the Predator XB273k GP monitor mentioned.
@nadafinga, what screen do you have?
Out of curiosity, what drivers under Monitors you see in Windows Device Manager?
Is it a Generic PnP Monitor or do your screens use a proprietary drivers?
My monitor is Acer Predator XB273K GP.
I merged this thread with the one you have been active before.
This is interesting that two such reports consider the same Acer Predator monitor.
Are there any specific options in its settings that you can check?
Have you gone via the screen's settings menu?
Is it connected via HDMI or Display Port?
If DP, can you test the HDMI connection?
