Just lets hope Ubi won't force you to play female characters ever again, like this Star War Outlaws nonsense.
I recall many of the AC games having pretty boring settings, and besides for Syndicate I felt no attachment to any of the maps, maybe I'm simply an odd one out though.
Also the other AC games are completely different, Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla games are grindy RPG games with microtransactions and are not Assassin's creed games, while Mirage is an actual Assassin's creed game.
It's probably the fact that the RPG AC games attracted RPG gamers who were put off by an assassin game.
I'd say I enjoyed playing it more than ACIII back in 2012, lack of side content really hurt that game.
