Are you referring to the preorder bonus of the "The Forty Thieves Quest"?

You can get it in the Ubisoft Connect client by redeeming Ubisoft Connect units. You can earn units by levelling up in the client. You can level up by completing game challenges to earn XP.

Go to the game page in the Ubisoft Connect client to redeem rewards. You can view your current level and points by opening your profile in Connect.
