The Forty Thieves quest doesn't appear

So my game is bought through Steam, it's a standard edition. But I went to Ubisoft Connect and redeemed the quest for 60 points (I got them just by playing the game). I'm supposed to get the quest by accessing the letter in one of the bureaus, but nothing appears. I'm quite far into the game so the letter should be there.

Anybody else have this problem?

Never mind. It worked. It seem to require Ubisoft Connect overlay to be activated and gotta to into the shop section and click on the dlc.
