DENUVO in 2024? Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ serious?

Be honest gamers - have ANY of you had a remotely enjoyable experience playing any of your games that incorporate this abysmal poor excuse of anti-piracy software? We've been telling these developers and publishers for years now that this invasive trash hinders the performance of not only our games, but also our rigs in their entirety - and yet STILL in 2024 they force this performance reducing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on us. It's getting tiresome having to manually rip this garbage out of nearly every game I play now. Better DRM software exists, but they just absolutely refuse to use it. What is it gonna take?

Actually yes ive seen 0 effect on any games i play on pc that has denuvo. And if u can rip out denuvo ud be a legend in the piracy community the fact ur not shows ur lying since rn there isent anyone cracking games able to remove denuvo

Ubi+ connect launcher with forced account creation and login is Always Online DRM
Denuvo obviously more DRM

The goal is not stoping or preventing pirates from playing, it's to control the user, add extra telemetry and sell data.

To my knowledge, Valhalla's cracked. There're better ways to fight piracy than DENUVO. Requiring an online login once every period of time works just fine, and hasn't been cracked. Ironically, it seems to be what the new versions of DENUVO are doing. Which begs the question why use DENUVO when you can implement that scheme in-house and avoid the problems ?

You don't need Denuvo to have telemetry, to my knowledge ( Google Knowledge ) only one person can break it these last few years, so anything done by that person would be the focus of some investigation, and that person bragged for years about being the only one, so... yeah Denuvo is a marketing tool they keep 1-5 years ( Sega still have them on Judgment last time I checked)

Any other DRM out there is easy prey for any good coder though. Just google it all guys. It's common knowledge if you have been there and looked from the Balcony for a while.

Not technically. The only person to ever crack Denuvo is Empress. But shes on a break, apparently working on something that can more efficiently crack Denuvo. She's also a bit schizo, she cracked Mirage already but were asking her followers to beg for it.

Yeah I never noticed any performance issues either with Odyssey or Mirage. These games run butter smooth.
