manually creating nations?

Is there any way to manually make a land mass and then draw all the borders and name it all yourself?

I can't figure it out. Nothing works, I press place state and nothing works. If anyone figures it out please enlighten us.

It is very important to manually create the nations in the game itself and 1 you create the nation 2 you create the Provinces or States 3 you create the Vassals or puppet States manually

Is there a guide somewhere on how to do all this? There was no direction in game. I also found if you made a mistake and wanted to undo it, there's no undo button and ctrl + z doesn't work?

In Ages of Conflict there is a system to create puppet states manually, why not put these 2 systems in Fantasy Map Simulator?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug with the latest update? The previous days when messing with this game, I could go into the Map Editor > Random Button > Place State > Click on map.

I just loaded up the game and I can no longer get it to place countries...
