FAQ
What port does Dungeons use?
If Dungeons fails to port forward via UPnP, you will have to manually forward UDP port 51212 to host games.

I get a "no suitable graphics card found" error when I start the game.
That occurs when your video card doesn't support the XNA HiDef profile. You will need a DirectX 10 compatible GPU, as specified in the system requirements. For technical information on HiDef GPU requirements, see this blog post by Shawn Hargreaves at Microsoft:

The game crashes on load.
If Dungeons crashes immediately on load, you might have an issue with XNA or the .NET framework. You could try reinstalling XNA or repairing your .NET installation.
XNA 4.0 Refresh Redist: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27598
.NET repair: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135

Black screen on load.
The introduction videos are most likely failing to load. Dungeons uses the XNA framework to play videos, which uses the WMV format. If you have any invasive codec packs installed, like the K-Lite Codec Pack, it is possible that WMV playback has been taken over by a filter incompatible with XNA. Uninstalling your codec pack should fix the problem.

You can also try this to fix your WMP installation:

* UNSUPPORTED *
If you are unwilling to uninstall your codec packs, or other solutions have failed, you can use the Win7DSFilterTweaker program to re-map the WMV3 codec back to Microsoft's codecs. This method is unsupported, and if performed incorrectly may cause issues with your PC, so pay attention.

Launch Win7DSFilterTweaker program and click the Preferred decoders option.
Then, *uncheck* every box to prevent any accidental changes.
Under the ## 32-bit decoders ## section, find WMV3. Check the box and set it to Microsoft.
Click Apply & Close.
Try loading the game up again.
