99.7% stuck [BUG]

So I did everything in the game even all the speedrun thing all the jumps all the horns etc. But the game is saying that it is 99.7% procent done. Anyone that can help me out?

I know this is a suuuper late response but I wanna respond just so that other people having the same issue who look here can get help. So yeah, I had the exact same problem! Maybe this won't help if you reeeeaally did everything, but for me it happened to be that I missed doing 2 of the challenges for a single mission that I thought I did. For me it was the Tourist mission in the first area but it might be different for you. If that was the case and you just missed a doing challenges for a mission somewhere, good luck! I recommend taking a screenshot of the map, putting the image in some image editing software, and then crossing off each gold star as you check them for all the challenges. That way you don't miss one! If it really is the case that you are stuck at that percentage though then idk what to do for ya.
