Game crashes at startup - YU-RIS Debug Info
When I start the game, I get this error:

I have no idea what to do... Has anyone else encountered this problem?

At a quick glance this error seems sound related. The line number suggests it's crashing when trying to initialize a sound. It may not help, but I'd verify game files (right click game, go properties, and on the local files tab select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'). Though it's unlikely, you might want to make sure other apps aren't using the sound adapter at the same time. Otherwise a reboot might help. If it still doesn't work, as Good Haro says, contact support and they can help you further. Hope you can get it working!

Oh, that was it! I… don't actually have speakers right now, so when I want to hear something, I have to plug in headphones. I forgot them earlier, and it made a speaker error that I hadn’t noticed, so now that's fixed and the game works! THANK YOU both so much! ♥

For my case, it crashed upon launch. Got this error "YU-RIS Script Engine has stopped working". Tried reinstalling and rebooting, but it was futile. My system is 64 bits Window 10, and the system requirements have been met. Wonder if there is any relation on the issue?

Is your system a laptop or desktop?

月浪 カルラ, I'd initially attempt the following one-step troubleshooting:

1. Run the game in compatibility modes for earlier versions of windows.
2. Check to see what graphics device is being used to launch the game, and try using any alternatives on the machine if your laptop has them. (Two laptops I've used could not run VNs using the dedicated GPU, but would launch them using the integrated graphics chipset just fine; some kind of fundamental disagreement with the GPU and VN engines, I suppose.)

Thank you so much for your help! I switched to integrated graphics driver and got it to run perfectly now! =D

I also have a similar problem, the bug error that appear for me when I try lauching the game is this:
