Substitute for Eve Online

Hey there everyone. I played Eve Online for about 8 years or so. It has changed so much that they allow anyone to kill anyone in Hisec. It kind of contradicts the security level. So I am looking for a good substitute. I want something that has most of the same features. Fighting, mining, exploring, pirating and bounty hunting to name a few. Any ideas guys?

I heard Star Conflict is nice. An MMO kind if thing with some free roaming, but it's a lot more sentered around arcade team fights.

I first played Eve in 2009 and you could kill people in high security space even then. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Concord is punitive. They don't magically stop you from blowing people up.
