Ending Maze Escape

I like this game just fine, but I can not figure out what the trick to the maze is. Should I be following a certain path? Is it completely random and I just have to hope I make all the correct turns?

There's no randomness in this part. If I remember correctly just stick to the left wall and you will get to the end
