My thoughts on how to make this game better
I know that I could do it as a review, but in there, we can add even more suggestions

After I 100% the game, It just feels that there is nothing to come back to. Yes I still can play Endless Mode, but not gonna lie it's so cheesable, I got an achievement for 10000 Score in it, while just sitting under a table, with only one type of cake, and waiting for the right color to match my cake. And just so yk, I will be calling those characters which chase you - "Cakerons"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay, let's get to the point. Pros and cons

Pros:
- Amazing atmosphere
- Interesting character design
- Random Intrigents Placement (This one shocked me in a good way, when I first did Hardcore run)
- Sound Cues (Music when one of the Cakerons is near, may not be the best, but you can clearly hear them when they enter or leave any of the "Cake Flavour Doors" in any place at the map, which might not be the best, but at least is a good addition)

Cons:
1. It's to easy (Like I said I just sat under the table, for entire Endless Mode, and didn't feel any danger at all
2. No use at all to new unlockable areas other than more storage for intrigents
3. Repetitive
4. You can wait as long as you want after defeating any of the Cakerons, which leads you to being able to stack as many cakes as you want

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, how to deal with those cons

1. Lacking difficulty.

First of All, the game is so easy, I only got jumpscared once, due to a bug in which first Cakeron, after being stunned, started sliding to the place I was still doing the stunn animation, and you can litetally camp hiding places so badly, with no punishment, my idea is that after about 15 seconds of camping one of hiding spots, you get "kicked out" of it and it gets covered in some kind of cake. After it gets covered in that you won't be able to use that spot for about 1 minute, and it would be a great impovement for the second Cakeron.

Second of all, add different ways to deal with Cakerons, let's say, to defeat third Cakeron, you would need to mix 2 different types of cakes in the Processing Area, which needs to match two colors of that Cakeron OR after he goes out of that Cake Doors, he would regain shield, shield which you would need to attack with one type of cake that matches the color, then you could attack him with the other cake that matches the health color, after two successful throws, he runs away to Cake doors to regain shield.

Now let's talk about Endless Mode, the way it works now, it looks like that, every three Cakerons, their HP scales by one, starting at one, how about making a "Waves System, in which AFTER a certain point, the HP scales, not at the beginning. Let me show you how it works:

1st Wave - Cakey (5HP)
2nd Wave - Frostaria (5HP) (I think she was called that)
3rd Wave - Buff Cakey (10HP) (I will call him like that for now)
After those Waves you come to the repeating part, but also more challenging one
4th Wave - Cakey (5HP)
5th Wave - Buff Cakey (10HP)
6th Wave - Frostaria (5HP) + Cakey (5HP)
7th Wave - 2x Cakey (5HP)
8th Wave - 3x Cakey (5HP)
9th Wave - 2x Frostaria (5HP) (They would attack at different times)
10th Wave - Cakey (5HP) + Buff Cakey (10HP)
11th Wave - 2x Cakey (5HP) + Frostaria (5HP)
12th Wave - Buff Cakey (10HP) + Frostaria (5HP)
13th Wave - Cakey (5HP) + Frostaria (5HP) + Buff Cakey(10HP)

After those 13 Waves, the game Would start repeating Waves from 4 to 13, but after every repeat Cakerons HP would scale
x is for how many times did the waves repeat
- Cakey - 5HP + 5*0.4x -> After one repeat it would be 7HP, then 9HP and so on
- Frostaria - 5HP + 5*0.6x -> One repeat is 8HP then 11HP then 14HP and so on
- Buff Cakey - 10HP + 10*0.5x -> One repeat is 15HP then 20HP then 25HP and so on

And also you would gain points based on how much HP you dealt, so after 5 Waves, you would have dealt 30 HP (damage dealt to shield wouldn't count), and for every HP you would gain 100 Points (like it is in the current state of the game).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. No use for new areas.

Let's explain it quickly, every time you gain access to a new area, you would get a new expansion of what you can do to your cakes, after unlocking an area with Frostaria, let's say, you would need to frost a cake, and then throw it at her to deal some dmg, when it comes to Buff Cakey, I already explained it in the 1st Con.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. Repetitive.

The game should have more random aspects to it, other than the place in which is Sweetie and the place in which you get intrigents, lets say, a more random layout to Bakery would be great, maybe some secret Endings after following a certain path, or even adding multiplayer to the game, which would make some fun times with your friends.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. Immune as long as you want after defeating a Cakeron.

After defeating a Cakeron, you can do whatever you want with no sense of danger, how about adding a feature that if a player doesn't pick up a key in about a minute after defeating a Cakeron, then this certain Cakeron, runs for the key, and then goes to the nearest Cake Door, and because of that, you would need to defeat that Cakeron again to get your key back (picking it up and dropping it on the floor wouldn't work, because after you would pick up a key, you wouldn't be able to drop it after), or there is an another solution, just removing the keys, let's say you defeat Cakey, then he runs to the place in which Frostaria is, breaking the lock, and so on, I would also start the cutscene which introduces new Cakeron when a lock is broken, not after a certain place in that room is reached.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think, it might be all my ideas, how to help this game, it has potential, but it needs to be done good.

Ps. Achievement for unlocking for unlocking Processing and Shipping is mixed up, when you unlock Shipping you get an achievement for Processing, and the same the other way.

Aside from this great idea I think the biggest change that needs to happen is to make monsters be able to catch you hiding if they target you and see the moment you enter the safe spot. It's just kinda sad that they can chase you and no longer see you when you hide literally in front of them.

I also like the anti-farm system you mentioned in 4. and the rework of new areas.

The only thing I would consider mid is the endless. I feel like having only 1 monster is too easy, but having 3 would be too hard unless let's say only 2 at the same time can roam the bakery because they would just make it too crowded if you know what I mean.

Oh, I see you're one of the connoisseurs of the game. But you haven't done everything you need to do to be considered complete. There is an easter egg in the game, which the developers did not say anywhere and also did not say how to activate it. It's so hidden that without reverse engineering I wouldn't have been able to find it.

But I'll give you an initial clue. You need to rescue Sweetie and then throw 2 pies at the two triggers that activate after Sweetie. They don't change visually, but when you hit them, you'll realize that you're in the right place. After you hit the triggers, an easter egg will appear on the map.
If you can find it in 3 days, you will be my hero. Good luck!

Yeah, Cakerons being able to see you if u hid near them would be a great spike in difficulty, so I like it already

Yup, I understand what you mean with the Endless Mode being mid, I would pretty much consider it that too, but it at least would be a little more challenging than the current one. So maybe Endless Mode would start with like 5 Waves of single Cakerons, and then after that two would appear

Yup, got it

If you want exact steps, they are:

1. Find Sweetie
2. Save Sweetie
3. Bake two cakes
4. Shot two cyan squares in Cakey's Bakery Hallway (I used cyan cakes, I'm not sure if it will work with others), after you shot them, you will hear a sound, then you know you are in a right place, I'm also not sure if it's randomized but if so, I have SS of this secret
5. After you done it you go back to the place you started the game (Kitchen Storage) and you will see something new

Congratulations, you did it (almost) honestly!

Thanks, but I'm not exactly sure if there was something after, but I might search for more later

It doesn't have to be. This script has no further continuation in the game code, unfortunately

Well, if you have anything to find there, or in other games, you can always message me, it's fun to search for those easter eggs ngl

I agree this game is pretty casual, but I don't think it has to be challenging. Adding functionality to new areas is good, when I was playing I even thought about making two doors of the same color whick will unlock at the same time, so you can have a new route through the bakery and it wouldn't be a dead end. Instead of frosting or something, it could be done easier by simply adding more recipes and new ingridients which will spawn only in these new areas and new pies would be required to defeat Frostina and Bane.

About infinite time between monsters. I think it's legit for normal difficulty, but for hardcore Cooker Jr. could just deactivate between monsters and it's done. You can still explore and take a breather, but can't prepare for the next monster safely.

About hiding spots. I'm not sure this game is balanced for catching a player in hiding, because Cakey and Bane are very fast and if they spot you - they will see you every time you hide, so there would be no escape. As well as a hiding timer is not very good because some spots on the map are dead ends and you could waste a lot of time just waiting for a spot to become safe to go and collect ingredients. This could be dealt with by something that can be done only while monster is roaming, so the player would be motivated to risk and go out to do this something. For example some machinery would activate or ingredient spawn will appear. OR mosters could place traps on the map, which would slow you down or root you for a couple seconds if you step on them and notify the monster. Still not sure if it's needed, cause the game is fun as it is and I don't think that this kind of additional difficulty was intended in the first place.

About Endless mode... Well, not sure if I would be interested in playing this mode if monsters would constanly become fatter and fatter (in terms of HP), it would still be very repetitive and defeating them fast to meet with a new one is good, this rotation of enemies keep the gameplay more fun, but I imagine this mode with some kind of random events, for example: x2 speed for monsters or some doors are now locked, which forces you to use different paths, recipes for each pie changes (by the way they are already a bit random, if you didn't notice, just like ingredient box spawns) and that kind of stuff.
