Does the Icy Death from Frost Towers stack?
Or does it only apply once?
In which you want only one tower in a single area (if you are going with an Icy Death strategy)

but can you chain the zone so the DPS continues to rise over multiple uninterupted zones?

In my experience you sadly can not. When mobs enter the second icy death zone the counter resets.
If they didn't reset, frost towers would probably be the best dps tower ingame.

It contradicts what you are saying.

you are talking about two different things, the pinned post states that multiple auras can affect a mob at the same time, and loomi is talking about the fact that each tower has its individual aura, with each aura getting its own counter for the dps increase
